New employment Codes of Practice The DRC is producing two new Codes of Practice to accompany the changes to Part 2 of the DDA coming in to force on 1 October 2004.

The toolkit is designed to enable small and medium sized enterprises to identify areas where business development could help them respond positively to the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
Ryanair Wheelchair Fee Ruled Unlawful An £18 wheelchair charge levied on Ryanair’s disabled passengers is unlawful, a court recently ruled.
